For a multinational company, a “Customer Services Agent” is urgently needed:
About The Role
Responsible for providing answers to customers queries through website and live chat related to Company’s services.
Customer Services Agent will be managing interaction with customers on a daily basis and providing the correct information and solutions to help to improve the customer experience.
Answer E-mails and respond to live chats in an efficient manner.
Identify customer questions, concerns, and overall needs.
Provide accurate answers and solutions to customer queries
Reviewing customer accounts and transactions while resolving issues
Giving detailed explanations of services
Understanding and striving to meet support metrics while providing excellent customer service.
Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics.

Job Requirements
About You
- Bachelors degree
- minimum 01 year experience in a similar role
- Fluent English speaking and writing is a must
- Computer literate
- Flexibility with rotational working hours/days
