Job Description

For Etisalat TV: 

  • E2E testing of all Arabic and English Movies, TV shows content assists (ensure correct content is uploaded, review content genres, posters, missing episodes, episode summaries, trailers, content localization and navigation, full existing catalog scan, daily incoming content scan…etc.)
  • Test live streaming channels and the catch-up experience (ensure channels streaming and their compliance to the provided TV guide, EPG, etc.)
  • Report issues to direct manager and retest issues after resolution.

 For Etisalat Music:

  • E2E testing of all Arabic and English content (ensure correct content is uploaded: missing and corrupted songs, check each album covers, unifying artists’ names as OTTS to make the search easier for the customer, categorization and localization for the albums and playlists)
  • Full scan for the app features for both android vs. IOs.
  • Report issues to direct manager and retest issues after resolution.

Music Content Acquisitions:

  • Responsible for content acquisition across all music labels, content aggregators, CPs, production houses and artists to ensure full music catalogue in the application Sign deals & partnerships with all Content providers, production houses, content aggregators.

TV Content Curation:

  • Responsible for content curation to have hundreds of playlists and genres that suits all music tastes to match market GTM & Digital Analytics:
    1. Prepare & execute GTM launch plan for all new releases for Etisalat music content on all media channels.
    2. Launch Etisalat music social media channel and manage vs. the spend to increase brand equity, likability.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration is a must.
  • Fresh Graduates.
  • Fluency in both spoken & written English & Arabic language is required.
  • Ability to plan all KPI’s and music content 1 year ahead subject to review and update each quarter based on the market needs and changes.
  • Strong communication, negotiation & interpersonal skills.
  • A leader who has developed a process for project prioritization and who has experience effectively communicating with managers and team members.
  • Experience working with MS Excel & PowerPoint.
  • Ability to organize and interpret available data to extract valuable insights.
