Job Description
- Review architectural plans and prepare quantity needs.
• Estimate the quantity and costs of materials.
• Prepare contracts and documents.
• Study the project’s documents like drawings, specifications, and schedule, and review tender documents and contracts to be able to follow up on materials required.
• To review vendors' and suppliers' quotations to determine the best price and delivery date.
• Prepare comparative analysis documents related to specs, price, delivery conditions, and mode
of transportation.
• Engaged in the preparation & compilation of the necessary documents, information & technical inputs required for the completion of tender documentation.
Job Requirements
- Experience 7 years in the same field – CIVIL/ARCH Engineering.
• Great educational background, preferably in the field of construction engineering.
• Proven working experience as a Tender/Estimator Engineer.
• Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
• Strong leadership qualities.
