Job Description
- Purchase goods or services that meet the quantity and quality expectations of the organization
- Evaluate and negotiate contracts with vendors
- Track inventory and restock goods when needed
- Stay up to date on industry trends and new products
- Compare available goods with industry trends to determine appropriate pricing.
- Assist in raising quotations, quotation analysis, preparing the tender and procurement documents.
- Participate in opening of tenders, quotations and evaluation.
- Implementation of approved procurement plans.
- Draft framework agreements for suppliers.
- Updating procurement status report.
- Issuing and receiving of stock.
- Preparation and maintenance of stores records.
- Stock taking, inventory and reconciliation.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or marketing with preferably a post-graduate degree.
- Excellent command of English language.
- Procurement analysis.

- Report writing.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
