Job Description
- Analyze all suppliers in order to select the most suitable suppliers who are able to deliver high quality products at competitive pricing.
- Manage suppliers to meet objectives related to cost, delivery performance, schedule and quality.
Liaise with suppliers on delivery schedule so as to ensure on-time deliveries of final product. - Create monthly performance reviews and reports focusing on overall sourcing requirements.
Ensure commercial, legal and contractual compliances in all the procurement transactions. - Develop, implement and drive the procurement strategies in order to meet cost savings targets.
Review and manage the supplier base to ensure consistency with the sourcing strategy. - Supervises the efficient management of the bulk key accounts operations ensuring timely
and high-quality fulfilment of this key client’s needs to ensure maintaining good strategic
relations. - Monitors and follows up on the operations and target budgets to ensure achieving the
yearly productivity and cost-efficiency objectives in alignment with the company’s overall
strategy. - Conducts performance appraisals sessions of his direct report in due time, Reviews and
Job Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in the purchasing / procurement , preferable to be in the real estate/ construction.
- Strong leadership capabilities
- Familiarity with sourcing and vendor management
- Interest in market dynamics along with business sense
- Solid judgement along with decision making skills
- Lives nearby New Cairo.
- Flexible with working 6 days a week from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
