Job Description

Job Purpose

Owns the Connectivity, Digital and ICT solutions pipeline and offerings, assuming the overall responsibility for all customer facing activities, related to requirements gathering, presentation and demonstration of information related to proposed solutions/services. He will be responsible for building the technical solutions, select the vendors, negotiate the financials and manage the bidding process.

  • Asses and qualify the leads/opportunities generated by the sales team, for engagement approval
  • Understand and Identify the customer's business challenges and objectives.
  • Capitalize on the organization’s capabilities and products as well as our partners and strategic alliance to draft a high-level conceptual design for the need solution, based on best practices and the customer's situation.
  • Act as the customer's technical trusted advisor.
  • Present the best fit technologies and relevant use cases to the customer, based on the market best practices, and drive the solution discussions and workshops to reach final design.
  • Design the end-to-end solution with strong consideration of technology, costs and timelines.
  • Own all customer interactions that need functional and technical knowledge as well as industry practices.
  • Liaise with internal and external teams to design the most effective solution.
  • Manage financial costing and pricing of solutions based on consolidation of costs of different components, agreed on financial margins, and the customer's estimate budget .
  • Manage the financial negotiations with internal and external partners, as well as the reverse auction sessions, to maximize our winning opportunities out of the given pipeline.

 

Job Requirements

Qualifications 

  • BS in computer science or Communication engineering or equivalent experience
  • Proven track record of engagements in mega projects
  • Good knowledge of new technology trends.
  • Ability to present complex technical solutions in a business context.
  • Experience in Smart Cities solutions & IoT solutions.
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Decision making and problem solving capabilities
  • Fresh Grad or Max of 2 years of experience in the ICT Domain.
  • Negotiation Skills

  • Technical background
