Job Description
- Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
- Install computer peripherals for users.
- Respond to queries either in person or over the phone.
- Write training manuals.
- Respond to email messages for clients seeking help.
- Follow up with clients to ensure issue has been resolved.
- Ask questions to determine nature of problem.
- Properly escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support.
- Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems.
- Follow up the backup schedule.
- Gain feedback from customers about computer usage.
- Run reports to determine malfunctions that continue to occur
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent.
- ITI Certified.
- Ability work on sites
