Ability to research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets
Understanding of the Local Domestic and Gulf Markets. Relevant and essential experience in the BPO sector is preferred.
Demonstrated success in developing and/or closing some large deals in various sectors.
Possess personal contacts in the target market segment.
Ability to acquire and manage a large number of contacts.
Ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
Ability to craft and sell solutions on basis of uncovered business needs.

Minimum of 5-7 years of total experience in Sales & BD Operations..
Working knowledge of commercial issues & clauses with implications.
Knowledge/domain expertise as well as a deep understanding of drivers of success in relevant industry verticals.
Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
Graduate Degree, bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.
Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
