Job Description

  • Advising clients in making informed property purchase decisions by giving presentations, and sending promotional messages.
  • Conducting in-depth research to identify profitable real estate properties and opportunities and analyze the latest property market trends.
  • Presenting profitable property proposals to clients and brokers.
  • Perform comparative market analysis for the other developers, and for new brokers, and clients.
  • Follow up with brokers for new leads.
  • Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements etc.).
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share, update Management on CRM with all details about the Customers.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any relevant degree.
  • Proven working experience as a Real Estate Agent or Real Estate Salesperson with min 5 years.
  • Experience in New Capital and New Cairo property selling.
  • Proven track of successful sales record and target driven.
  • Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, spreadsheet and database applications.
