OPTES is a leading company in engineering solutions, representing EKW GmbH (Germany), specializing in refractories for the cement industry. We are currently expanding our team and looking for a motivated and technically skilled Cement Refractories Engineer to join us in driving the sales and technical support of high-quality refractories to cement plants.
Position Overview:
As a Cement Refractories Engineer, you will be responsible for the sales and technical support of refractory products for cement plants. You will work closely with our clients in the cement industry, offering tailored solutions to meet their operational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the sales process of refractory materials for cement plants.
- Provided technical support and consultations with clients regarding refractory solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients in the cement industry.
- Assist in troubleshooting and problem-solving in relation to refractory usage and application in furnaces and kilns.
- Coordinate with the technical team at EKW to ensure optimal solutions are provided.
- Follow up on industry trends and innovations to provide cutting-edge solutions to customers.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in refractories for cement plants or similar industries.
- Strong technical background in the application and performance of refractories.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Proven experience in sales and business development within the cement or heavy industrial sectors is an advantage.
- Fluency in English.
