Job Description
- Work closely with HR Director for changing culture and drive performance management system.
- Establish Job Analysis and Job Evaluation for all jobs in the company.
- Design and review company structure based on updated hierarchy.
- Create KPI’s for all job roles with required competencies and technical requirements.
- Drive Performance Management System that is based on SMART Objectives with quantitative & qualitative measurements.
- Implement periodical performance management reviews for all department on quarterly basis.
- Conduct Performance Management Panels based on 360 Degree.
- Identify performance gaps to build required IDP, upon competency based.
- Contact Training suppliers for conducting training sessions and development programs.
- Identify Talent Pool based on company criteria and core competencies.
- Review Succession Planning Cards based on Company BSC.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with an HR Diploma or Certificate is a must.
- 8-10 years of experience in multinational companies.
- Fluent English.
- Diplomatic with strong communication skills.
- People & result-oriented.
- Familiar with Mercer or Hay Compensation & Benefits system.
- Have in-depth knowledge in key success factor system/module.
- Females only.
- Age up to 35 years old.
