Job Description & Key Responsibilities
- Lead the scrum team in using Agile methodology and scrum practices
- Helping the product owner and development team to achieve product manager satisfaction
- Lead the scrum and development teams in self-organization
- Remove impediments and coach the scrum team on removing impediments
- Help the scrum and development teams to identify and fill in blanks in the Agile framework
- Resolve conflicts and issues that occur
- Help the scrum team achieve higher levels of scrum maturity
- Support the product owner and provide education where needed
Job Requirements
Education:
- Computer Science/Engineering Degree
Experience:
- 5-8 Years practicing Agile Scrum
Requirements
- Expert on Agile Delivery Methodologies - Scrum, Kanban and SAFe/LeSS
- Expert on people management and stake holder management
- Quickly ramp up on new delivery methodologies and delivery processes
- Ensure process compliance across all stages of Solution Delivery
- Coordinate across multiple stake holders both technical and business
Certifications:
- Certified Scrum Master – Must
- SAFe or LeSS certification– Nice to have
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication skills
- Time management skills
- Write-up and documentation skills
- Change management skills
- Adapting to new challenges and initiatives
Others:
- Ability to travel to Saudi Arabia (short/long trips)
Language:
- Native Arabic speaker and fluent in English is a must
