Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Represent WIKA in a professional, credible and sincere manner.
  • Retain business and develop existing accounts to the extent of WIKA’s complete capability of supply.
  • Develop new accounts to increase WIKA’s market share in Cement, Steel, Food & Pharmaceutical segments and increase penetration in products.
  • Report to the Regional Sales Manager the weekly progress and define regular plan to achieve sales targets
  • Achieve the sales targets in line with corporate pricing strategy
  • Increase sales volume in the current customers
  • Understand the business, market and future development plans of potential and existing accounts.
  • Feedback to the Company trends in the market that could impact WIKA’s business.
  • Actively seek company trends and market dynamics and competitors to feedback and improve activities
  • Following up the customer first approach and work closely with customer’s technical team to fully assure WIKA proposal is positioned in the right way and clear for customer.
  • Collaborate with the Internal Sales Support Team to maximize opportunities.
  • Work on other projects to improve customer experience where appropriate.

Job Requirements

Requirements

  • Must have a proven sales record 3-5 years within a similar field
  • Must have bachelor degree from Faculty of Engineering.
  • Experience in the Basic Material application and Food & Beverage is plus
  • Must be aware and familiar with instrumentation field in (pressure, temperature, level, flow and calibration)
  • Advanced level of English is must
  • Must be enthusiastic, ambitious, self-motivated and have an appetite to succeed
  • Wishing to develop their career working with a global company that can demonstrate development opportunities
  • A competent knowledge of Microsoft Office essential
  • Must possess outstanding communication and organizational skills
  • Experience working with a CRM system would be preferable
