Job Description
Softex has 3 Main divisions running different types of projects including.
- Software implementation projects
- Electrical Systems Manufacturing projects.
- Infra-Structure and Security Systems implementation projects.
The job responsibility is mainly focused on the below.
- Booking keeping for all Contracting, operation, and financial documents related to the projects.
- Data entry of all projects documents, transactions over the ERP System and any supporting Excel sheets needed.
- Preparing and assembling invoices for both suppliers and customers within the project scope.
- Endorsing relevant project direct expenses
- Preparing budgets and tracking deviations over the projects.
- Maintaining and tracking accurate statements and activity sheets for Both Clients and Suppliers in relation to every project.
- Implementing strict adherence to Payment timelines for both clients and suppliers
- Reporting projects Expenses, Revenues, and profitability to the management of each division.
Job Requirements
- min. 2-5 Years of Experience in Similar positions (Accounting positions related to Projects Tracking and Reporting, Suppliers Handling, Cost/Profitability Tracking), (Construction companies or Similar project-based companies are preferred)
- Females gender only
- Age 25 to 35 Years
- Very Good looking
- Very good communication Skills
- Above average command of the English language (both written and spoken)
- High Accuracy and analytical skills with great attention to detail in numbers.
- Live nearby (Nasr City, New Cairo, Mokattam, Sheraton)
