Job Description
- Acting on behalf of Remuneration Lead in his absence.
- Responsible for the procedures for social insurance for all staff.
- Responsible for the procedures for medical insurance for all staff.
- Preparation of monthly payroll.
- Preparation of monthly overtime shifts and visits.
- Coordination of social activities.
- Considering conservation of information and documents in secrecy.
- Follow the hospital's policy with regard to confidentiality.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree.
- Certification: HR Certificate or Diploma.
- Experience: Preferably experience 3+ years in a related field.
- Skills: English Language proficiency, MS Office proficiency, Excellent Interpersonal & Intellectual skills.
- SAP Experience is a must.
