Job Description

Position Purpose:

Supervise a company or organization's hiring process, from recruiting, interviewing, and hiring new staff. They help connect executives with employees, build an employer brand, improve employee engagement, and build strategic talent resources plans.

To be strategic and tactical and have experience building a strong HR foundation at an established and fast-growing multinational company. You have sound judgment, problem-solving skills and you’re an effective conduit capable of working cross-functionally and resolve issues at their earliest stages with honesty, integrity, and empathy.

Role and Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities

  • Effectively establish and implement HR systems and processes to support a workforce that will scale from 50 to 200+ over the next two years
  • Build the Company culture and establish our company as one of the top employers in Egypt
  • Build out our people strategy which includes but is not limited to: performance management, talent acquisition, employee engagement, compensation, benefits, retention, employee and manager training, employee handbook, and culture-building initiatives
  • Serve as a senior advisor and confidant to the founders and the executive team on all people related matters to ensure the company has the talent, processes/systems, and policies necessary to support our strategic and financial goals
  • Build trust with employees across all layers of the organization and be an active listener effective problem solver of people issues

Job Requirements

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • 7+ years of professional experience:
  • 5+ years of HR, performance management, and/or people ops experience
  • Expert understanding of employment law, compensation, benefits, organizational development, employee relations, and training
  • Experience creating relevant and meaningful employee programs, reviews, and feedback loops
  • Deeply loyal and ethical person with a steel-trap with confidential information
  • Team player who understands we succeed by working together and supporting each other
  • Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment
