Job Description

  • Taking customer calls, chats & emails or through any other communication medium to assist them in the best way suitable. 
  • Following up with all customer requests until the ticket is closed after making sure the customer is completely satisfied. 
  • Having strong product & service knowledge at all times. 
  • Conveying to operation agents the required action to resolve the customer’s ticket and following up until it is resolved. 
  • Conveying to operation agents any changes that need to be made to the order based on the customer’s request which may include change of address, adding/removing items etc... 
  • Making sure all customer data are taken accurately & precisely whether it includes address, names, messages etc.. 
  • Making sure unsatisfied customers are properly compensated within the allowed limit, beyond that the agent makes sure the proper approvals & exceptions are taken. 
  • Putting together reports about the customers inquires. (to whom and why) 
  • Sending gifts to our best customers. 
  • Contacting not confirmed orders to check if any assistance is needed. 

Job Requirements

  • 3-5 E-commerce experience
  • Excellent Communication Skills.
  • Bachelor Degree
  • Good English Level
  • Maximum Age 30
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
