Job Description
- Taking customer calls, chats & emails or through any other communication medium to assist them in the best way suitable.
- Following up with all customer requests until the ticket is closed after making sure the customer is completely satisfied.
- Having strong product & service knowledge at all times.
- Conveying to operation agents the required action to resolve the customer’s ticket and following up until it is resolved.
- Conveying to operation agents any changes that need to be made to the order based on the customer’s request which may include change of address, adding/removing items etc...
- Making sure all customer data are taken accurately & precisely whether it includes address, names, messages etc..
- Making sure unsatisfied customers are properly compensated within the allowed limit, beyond that the agent makes sure the proper approvals & exceptions are taken.
- Putting together reports about the customers inquires. (to whom and why)
- Sending gifts to our best customers.
- Contacting not confirmed orders to check if any assistance is needed.
Job Requirements
- 3-5 E-commerce experience
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Bachelor Degree
- Good English Level
- Maximum Age 30
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
