Job Description
- Review and follow up on all engineering design process through consultants, design conflicts and change orders from consultants/contractors with a view to ensuring their compliance with the scheme.
- Review technical proposals and design layouts as well as materials submitted by contractors with a view to selecting the best.
- Participate in defining performance measures related to the technical part in order to ensure the implementation of the plan.
- Supervise the preparation and maintenance of project documents in order to support decision-making
- Plan the project budget and monitors compliance with it in order to preserve the company's resources
- Work on studying technical proposals from various external stakeholders and applying the appropriate ones with the aim of continuous development
- Prepare periodic reports to follow up the completion of design work in order to ensure the implementation of the plan
- Prepare analytical and technical studies for projects in order to support decision-making
- Prepare initial work plans and timelines for outline design of new projects. with a view to implementing projects.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office. (Revit is a plus)
- Background in using ERP is preferred.
- Very good command in English and Arabic (Spoken and written).
- Logistical and service projects background is preferred
