Job Description
Responsibilities
- Creating Price lists posters
- Basic Photoshop work (will be trained on)
- Admin work including
- Basic accounting including
- Summarizing expenses/purchases on a monthly basis
- Keeping track of daily bank accounts activity (in/out)
- Invoicing
- Includes preparing invoices for customers
- Learning basics in our accounting system to input purchase orders and sales orders
- Warehousing
- Receiving shipments against a detailed Packing List in our warehouse (this could happen max 15 times a year)
- Stocks management through an excel sheet
- Cairo Showroom visits to organize orders (this could be done 2-3 times a week for a short 30 min visit)
- Helping with company events
Job Requirements
- Males
- English speaking, writing, etc.. (doesn’t have to be fully proficient) just enough to understand the excels, word docs, instructions and emails and reply back
Skill set
- Excel, Word
- Fast learner, aware, alert
- Ability to multitask
- Strong communication skills
- Good organization, time management and scheduling skills
- Basic bookkeeping experience, especially in accounts payable/receivable
