Job Description
- Handling the Hiring process for both blue and white collars.
- Conducting orientation for newcomers.
- Processing transfers, promotions, terminations and Exit interviews.
- Administering on-the-job training programs.
- Implementing new HR and OD projects.
- Updates and Creates HR policies.
- Conducting Job Analysis and Job Evaluations.
- Writing job descriptions.
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in both functions.
- English Fluency is a Must.
- Real Estate / Constructions experience is an Asset.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ready to start ASAP.
- Lives nearby New Cairo.
