Job Description
- Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents.
- Summarizes current financial status by collecting information, preparing a balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
- Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information monthly
- To ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance.
- Secures financial information by completing database backups.
- Maintains financial security by following internal controls.
- Documents financial transactions by entering account information and document policies, procedures and workflow for assigned areas of responsibility.
- Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
- Prepares special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
- Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential.
- Conducting monthly profit and loss analysis reports.
- Prepare documentation for External Auditors.
- Analyze financial statements for discrepancies and alert the CFO if necessary.
- Coordinate semi-annual audits and assist the CFO in running audits.
- Conform with and abide by all regulatory guidance and internal policies & procedures.
Job Requirements
- BS degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases.
- Strong mathematical and statistical knowledge.
- Excellent in English language.
- Awareness of business trends and familiarity with financial accounting statements.
- Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process
