Job Description
- Ensuring the credibility and transparency of the accounting data and information recorded in the customer accounts system and verifying their conformity with the actual facts and events of the financial transactions achieved with customers and determining the degree of compliance with the announced and approved policies of the executive management.
- Conduct periodic ratification and reconciliations with clients in the market, prepare and submit supervisory reports on the results of these audits and the facts and recommendations they contain, and report any violations or fundamental differences in light of the regulations and policies approved by the executive management.
- The approved periodic approval of the clients’ account statement, according to a weekly schedule of visits with clients in the market to match all the financial transactions included in it (invoices - returns - cash payments - settlement entries - discounting - receipts - bounced checks) and making the necessary corrective adjustments approved by the documents supporting the actual events and facts .
- Periodic review of prices, quantities, and discount rates listed on customer invoices and matching them with delivery notes for goods, discount notices approved by customers, announced price lists, and discount rates and slices approved by the executive management.
- Review the notices of merchandise returns from customers and ascertain the extent of compliance with the return rates and the terms of accepting returns in light of the announced policies approved by the executive management.
- Reviewing receipts from clients and ensuring compliance with the dates, terms and methods of payment in light of the credit policy approved by the executive management.
- Ensuring the periodic update of customer data according to the results of actual customer visits in the market and the updated and documented documents.
Job Requirements

- Max Age 30 years old
- Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting Division, from a recognized Egyptian university.
- A postgraduate diploma in auditing is preferred.
- 3- 5 years of practical experience in the field of accounting and auditing, including at least 2 years in customer accounts and 3 years in the field of customer auditing.
- Full proficiency in dealing with Windows operating systems and Office programs (office applications).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Ax accounting software.
- Dealing professionally with the application of electronic tables and the extraction of analytical reports (PIVOT TABLES).
