Job Description
- Performs human resources procedures, implements policies Consistent with current laws and district goals; Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees, recommends changes and adjustments as needed.
- Performs Recruitment and Selection Process. Through Advertise the position, highlight the capabilities needed for the job, screen resume, Phone interviewing, Conduct Face-to-face interview and assessment, selection of candidate in accordance with technical managers, send offers and arrange on-board process for new hires, manage new hire documentation and contacts , establishing and conducting orientation and training programs. Support and help managers through our probation period evaluations.
- Performs job analysis and evaluations and update job descriptions, assist in determining work flow and organizational restructure, assist to Maintains employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits support HR and Admin supervisor in studying and assessing benefit needs and trends; recommending benefit programs to management.
- Prepares and sends the employees attendance report on a monthly basis.
- Collects monthly performance results and provide coaching with department managers where needed, help determine training needs and conduct training and development activities as required.
- Performs Medical Insurance additions, deletions, approvals and refund.
- Responsible for the hiring, on-boarding and termination processes.
Job Requirements
- BA degree / preferably business administration.
- Experience:1-3 years in HR preferably in manufacturing-based organization.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Problem-solving skills/ logical thinking.
- Very good Level of English.
- Flexible Shows high level of Manners and skills to deal with different employees categories.
- Excellent Microsoft Programs.
- 6th of October and Giza resident is a must
