Job Description

Junior Technical support needed to join immediately for ALSULTAN Hyper market located in 6 October city , Giza .

Will be reasonable for all technical support tickets and software installations such's as (Operating systems , Windows server , Company applications).
As well as the hardware installations and repair as (Printers setup - Scanners - PC's maintenances and installations).

Job Requirements: 
 

Job Description:

  • Inspect personal computer equipment.
  • Install hardware and peripheral components such as monitors, keyboards, printers and disk drivers on user’s premises.
  • Install and configure specified software packages such as operating systems, business applications and other office tools.
  • Initiate systems and network troubleshooting and monitoring, and replace defective components as needed.
  • Attend unit meetings as required by the hierarchy in order to get informed of new policies and other services related issues .
  • Place support calls to network solution providers and other IT support companies as requested by the hierarchy.
  • Communicate with suppliers as requested in order to get the necessary support regarding Brand Communication interface and files.
  • Assist the IT team in the pre-opening phase of new stores.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree preferably in Computer science or related fields.
  • An Associate’s degree and 2+ years of relevant IT technical support experience are preferred.
  • The candidate will possess COMPTIA A+ and MCSE windows server 2016 is preferred.
  • The Ideal Candidate Should Be Familiar/have Experience With Windows Operating Systems (OS), Microsoft Office, networking principles, and Active Directory.Systems and Security Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) is preferred.
  • LAN/WAN systems and the Process Data Acquisition and Recording systems.
  • Workstation image creation and image management.
  • Workstation roll-out and re-build, configuration.
  • Maintenance of computer equipment, workstation and printer troubleshooting and repair, telecommunications and teleconferencing equipment.
  • Strong interpersonal and IT troubleshooting skills.
