Job Description
- Create steel structural designs.
- Create 3d model, Erection drawings and shop drawings (Assembly, Single parts) for production according to design drawings using Tekla software.
- Study the projects specifications to suggest any material or sections substitution.
- Coordinate with production engineers at the factory for any missing structural detail.
- Provide and gather all the required technical support such as drawings manuals and instructions for the construction team.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering.
- 5 to 8 years of experience.
- Steel design experience according to the Egyptian and US Codes.
- Proficient in using software such as SAP2000, STAAD, Limkon, Idea Statica, Tekla Structures
- Demonstrated knowledge of design construction codes and standard.
- Very good written and spoken English language.
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
