Job Description

  • Fully responsible for marketing for real estate projects across 9 locations
  • Formulate strategies and develop marketing plans and follow up on their execution
  • Implementing integrated marketing activities
  • Fully support the sales team in terms of developing collaterals, competition analysis, market insights, etc. 
  • Manage various marketing agencies
  • Analysis of the performance of marketing activities and make suggestions for improvements
  • Managing corporate branding, and marketing communications.
  • Analysis of the performance of advertising campaigns and make suggestions for improvements.
  • Surveys on an annual basis to update information on the size of the market, Division of the market, the brand, and to meet the needs of the consumer and requested benefits.
  • The prices of the products of the study competitors' prices, and market with consumers to determine the acceptable price.
  • Assisting in the preparation of the marketing plan, media analysis, and media plan.
  • Assisting in product development.
  • Participation in the preparation of the annual work plan proposal: Market research and SWOT analysis to analyze the internal situation and external promotional activities and programs, and expectations for monthly sales and budgets.
  • Coordination of the preparation of any exhibitions and events.
  • Measures and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs
  • Monitors market trends, research consumer markets, and competitors’ activities
  • Oversees new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities
  • Monitors product distribution and consumer reactions
  • Devises innovative growth strategies
  • Aligns the company around the brand’s direction, choices, and tactics

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 years of related experience
  • Knowledge of the real estate market and competitive landscape 
  • Proactive, enjoying intelligence, innovative and creative thinking
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude, and ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic, high-performing team
  • Attention to detail
  • Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken
  • Ability to effectively manage tasks with minimal supervision, persistent in follow-up and completion of multiple initiatives
  • Excel in communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent use of MS Office
  • High presentation & analytical skills
  • Willingness to “roll up the sleeves” and do what it takes to get the job done
