Job Description

Maintaining Regularity Standards by: 

  • Investigate any case and apply the right disciplinary action according to company rules & labor law. 
  • Handle terminations and end of contracts for the existing employees in accordance with labor law and their performance. 
  • Liaising between employees and management. 
  • Follow-up on all related contract renewal and on all related missing documents. 
  • Leverage the service management process (including SLAs & KPIs reporting) and drive continuous improvement efforts. 
  • Monthly reports on employees contracts status & missing documents. -Handle social insurance and all inspections will be conducted from employment office.

Job Requirements

  • 1-3 years of related experience is a MUST.
  • Excellent English (Reading, Writing & Oral).
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Planning & Organizing Skills
  • Excellent knowledge of all labor law details & implementation
  • Excellent knowledge of all social insurance details
