Job Description
Objective:
- The E-commerce Logistics Specialist is responsible for the receiving the orders from the ecommerce platform and handling the outbound logistics to make sure that all products have reached the right destination on time.
Job Description:
• Receive and sort customer orders from platform & prepare the AWB & other documents.
• Support in packaging, preparing invoice, and keeping the consignment ready for the freight forwarder to collect.
• Communicate with different couriers and evaluate their performance as per the pre-set KPIs.
• Track orders to ensure that all planned deliveries have reach their destination on time as per the SLA.
• Provide continuous updates to customer on their deliveries.
• Manage product return
Job Requirements
• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration / Logistics / Supply Chain / Commerce.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in logistics & E-commerce.
• Working knowledge of MS Office especially Excel, and ERP systems.
• Proven experience as a logistics Specialist /dispatch Specialist or similar role.
• Familiarity with E-commerce processes.
• Experience in data analysis and reporting.
• Problem-solving Skill.
