Job Description

An aviation manager handles all the operations of the aviation department

As aviation manager, you will be handling a variety of clients, from individual travelers to travel agents and large corporations. Their job is to provide the best possible service while also ensuring that their company meets its financial goals.

Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of everything that needs to be done.

Responsibilities

  • Handling all aspects of ticketing activity with customers.
  • Information regarding country travel rules, prices, and policies.
  • Evaluation and verification of employee performance through thorough reviews of completed work assignments and techniques.
  • Reservation & booking by using the airline system.
  • Handling all travel agents' requests from booking and issuing tickets.
  • Issue - Reissue - Change - Refund airline tickets.
  • Confirm and modify flight reservations.
  • Creating daily reports.
  • Monitor airline sales performance to maximize local market share and revenue.
  • Manage relationships with major airlines & corporates.
  • Follow up on the Ques on Amadeus.
  • Handle the management and emergency requests.
  • Resolve customer complaints while providing effective solutions.
  • Supervising all travel agents' requests from booking and issuing tickets.
  • Prepare and locate records and information for customers and colleagues.
  • Cooperate with clients to determine their needs and advise them of appropriate destinations, modes of transportation, travel dates, costs, and accommodations
  • Provide relevant information, brochures, and publications (guides, local customs, maps, regulations, events, etc.) to travelers.

Job Requirements

  • Experience not less than 4-6 years.
  • Excellent in using Amadeus (Basic & Advanced) is Must.
  • Excellent knowledge of BSPlink and reports.
  • Excellent knowledge of ADMs.
  • Excellent customer communication skills.
  • Excellent experience and knowledge in Computer “Microsoft OfficePack, Internet and social media"
  • Excellent English in written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
  • High standards of customer service.
  • Demonstrates the ability to contribute and successfully deliver against business strategy.
  • Capable of identifying problems and immediately reacting to situations of a different nature such as angry customers, complaints, and special requests.
  • Ability to work for long working hours and under pressure.
  • Graduates only & Bachelor Degree Holders.
  • Presentation Skills, good-looking, Supportive Attitude.
