Job Description
- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing clients in person and via telephone calls and emails
- Manage the internal traffic of the current accounts, set priorities with internal teams and follow up to meet the tasks deadlines
- Revise the final product of the task before sending to the client
- Update and coordinate with the financial department and follow up on financial status of existing clients
- Create appropriate briefs to the internal departments for the tasks.
- Responding to incoming email and phone inquiries
- Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential clients
- Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales
- Creating detailed proposal documents, often as part of a formal bidding process which is largely dictated by the prospective customer
- Handle online projects for existing clients
- Revise technical presentations.
- Create digital analysis for upcoming clients.
- Coordinate with different suppliers and agencies.
- Attending team meetings and sharing best practice with colleagues.
Job Requirements
- Digital Agency background is a must
- Fluent in English
- Professional in Microsoft tools, Google and task management tools.
