International Import and Export Coordinator

We are looking for a committed member for our Odermanagement team in our newly established office in Cairo, Sheikh Zayed. Ideally, you should be a team player, like to take on responsibility and be able to prioritize the work that needs to be done independently. You work closely with the product manager and in coordination with him, you take over the planning of the purchases for the sales in question, track the shipments, document handling and storage and retrieval. Your daily tasks include direct, close communication with international customers and suppliers, internal and external quality assurance, freight forwarders and various warehouses in Europe. 

We have started our operations in Egypt in our office in Sheikh Zayed and are now looking for further people to join our team.

Key areas of responsibilities

• You administer our trading contracts (entry, administration, control)
• You are in daily contact with our global trading partners, suppliers and customers.
• You will support our dealer teams in processing the purchase and sales contracts concluded worldwide.
• You check invoices and check incoming and outgoing goods
• You process complaints
• You coordinate the delivery schedules with our customers and suppliers
• You process and monitor the disposition of purchase and sales contracts as well as the stored goods
