Job Description
- Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategies, based on objectives, market characteristics, cost and markup factors.
- Develop pricing strategies that maximizes profits and market share, balancing firm objectives and customer satisfaction.
- Deploying successful marketing campaigns from ideation to execution.
- Drive sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of products & services, analyzing business developments and monitoring market trends.
- Establishes marketing goals based on past performance and market forecasts.
- Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads.
- Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely.
- Evaluate the financial aspects such as budgets, expenditures and return-on-investment and profit-loss projections.
- Oversee and approve marketing material.
- Analyze consumer behavior.
- Measure and report the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals.
- Formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote products and services.
- Direct the hiring, training, and performance evaluations of marketing staff and oversee their daily activities.

- Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies.
Job Requirements
- Master’s degree in marketing or business administration (preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or any relevant degree.
- Min 10 to 12 years of experience in the marketing field
- Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
- Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
- Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to work closely with financial and sales department
- Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
