Job Description

  • Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategies, based on objectives, market characteristics, cost and markup factors.
  • Develop pricing strategies that maximizes profits and market share, balancing firm objectives and customer satisfaction.
  • Deploying successful marketing campaigns from ideation to execution.
  • Drive sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of products & services, analyzing business developments and monitoring market trends.
  • Establishes marketing goals based on past performance and market forecasts.
  • Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads.
  • Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely.
  • Evaluate the financial aspects such as budgets, expenditures and return-on-investment and profit-loss projections.
  • Oversee and approve marketing material.
  • Analyze consumer behavior.
  • Measure and report the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals.
  • Formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote products and services.
  • Direct the hiring, training, and performance evaluations of marketing staff and oversee their daily activities.
  • Advise business and other groups on factors affecting the buying and selling of products and services.
  • Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies.

Job Requirements

  • Master’s degree in marketing or business administration (preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or any relevant degree.
  • Min 10 to 12 years of experience in the marketing field
  • Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
  • Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
  • Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to work closely with financial and sales department
  • Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills
