- Provision and restructuring of current processes if needed.
- Maximize automation through Odoo ERP.
- Design process control to maximize efficiency & minimize leakages.
- Manage all entries are timely recorded.
- Meets accounting financial objectives by forecasting requirements;
- Poses high skills in Cash flow management.
- Prepare annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions and advise recommendations.
- Maintains accounting security by establishing internal controls.
- Avoids legal challenges by understanding current and proposed legislation; enforcing accounting regulations; recommending new procedures.
- Lead the development of the accounting team.
Job Requirements
- Experience in Retail and fashion industries
- 5 years of experience in the same field.
- Preferred 10th of Ramadan residents.
- Developing Budgets.
- Experience with accounting software
- Thorough knowledge of general ledger accounting and account reconciliation
- Tax Compliance.
- Expert level in MS-Excel.
- Tracking Budget Expenses and variances.
- Managing Processes efficiently.
- Management Proficiency.
- Any other Certificates , workshops related ex.(CMA1 , MBA) is a plus.
