Job Description
- Handle and Prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (E-mail, Letters, etc.)
- Submit timely reports .
- Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible.
- Handle printed materials and office supplies.
- Create and update records and databases , and other data .
