Requirements:
- Manages the arrangement and appointments agenda of the CEO in all meetings, etc.
- Organizes daily work related to CEO office.
- Organizes& prepares travel arrangements of CEO in terms of all bookings.
- Reviewing correspondences and transactions delivered to CEO office and directing them to the correct workflow.
- Attend executive meetings with CEO, take MOM, follow up on any tasks related to CEO an also attend some meetings on behalf of the CEO if required.
- Provide a bridge for smooth communication between the CEO’s office and internal departments.
- Attend meetings to compile, transcribe, and distribute minutes of meetings as needed.
Job Requirements
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in administration or equivalent.
- Excellent English language (Oral, speaking & written)
- Experience with Microsoft Office Apps (Word, Excel, Outlook, PPT., etc.)
- 5-10 years of experience in the same position.
- Females only are preferred.
