Job Description
- Responsible for examining, explaining, negotiating, and revising the contracts of the company's projects to the clients.
- Handle all needed procedures of the contracts
- Explain all the contract terms, components to the clients and answer their inquiries accordingly
- Review appropriate legal terms & conditions for contracts and ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- liaising with other depts. such sales, operation for any needed support
- Provide contracts' legal advice to depts. management
