About Us:
Best Way Travel is a Texas based travel agency with a 21 years Corporate in Egypt specializing in personalized travel experiences, tours, and corporate services. We are seeking enthusiastic Operations Staff to join our team and help deliver seamless travel services to our valued clients.
Position: Operations executive
Location: Nasr city
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate daily operations, including bookings, reservations, and client communication.
• Handle flight, hotel, transport, and tour package arrangements.
• Respond to inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure excellent customer service.
• Work closely with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to confirm travel logistics.
• Assist in maintaining travel documents, itineraries, and operational reports.
• Manage last-minute changes or cancellations efficiently.
Job Requirements
Requirements :
• Previous experience in travel, hospitality, or customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and travel reservation systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre) is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
