Job Description
- Understands project specifications to develop time schedules and budgets that meet them.
- Monitors and tracks project progress, through the required reports.
- Prepare the different processes plans in order to be integrated into the project management plan.
- Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.
- Support in identifying the root causes behind delays and cost overruns, and to accordingly formulate recovery schedules to control the delay.
- Reviewing all required information regarding the project, and communicating it to the Project Team through DC.
- Supervises requirements planning for department, division, project, or organization.
- Prepares proposals and site plans in conformance with codes and local and national regulations.
Job Requirements
- BSC of Engineering civil or architecture.
- 5 - 7Years of experience in planning.
- Very good communication skills.
- Strong problem solving/analytical skills.
- V. Good Knowledge in the use of Primavera MS Project / MS Office / AutoCAD / Candy and relevant software.
