Preparation of Equipment scope specifications as per project requirements.
Technical clarification with the vendors for their proposed equipment.
Preparation of Technical Bid Evaluation of equipment and highlight positive and negative aspects of the equipment proposed by various OEMs.
Review and approval of Equipment Material submittals.
The role will involve significant interaction with specialist equipment manufacturers.
Attend meetings with equipment manufacturers and sub-contractors.
Design of HVAC system, Firefighting and Plumbing system for a DCP.
Issue IFC drawings for DCP.
Coordination with the Sub-Contractor
Well conversant with process requirements and P & ID of a DCP.
Should be knowledgeable in piping layouts
Preliminary knowledge for piping materials and valve material
Familiar with ASHRAE and relevant process piping codes.
Understanding of District Cooling system, Plant & CHW network.
Well conversant with various types of all Mechanical equipment installed in DCP.
Strong knowledge about the selection criteria, key parameters and maintenance aspects of all equipment required to be considered in the design and performance of a DCP.
Impact on the plant efficiency based on various types of chiller systems used in DCP.

The candidate should have a Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized University with at least 10-15 years of related work experience, preferably with GCC experience
The candidate should possess a Minimum 5-8 years of experience related to the DCP Equipment selection, reviewing of equipment material submittals & DCP Layout design
Fluent in English, with excellent written, and oral communication, project reporting, and presentation skills.
