Consulting office in Nasr city - Cairo is seeking the following specialist for full-time job opportunity.
Senior Architecture Designer
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Conceiving & implementing concepts guidelines & strategies in various creative projects & oversee them to completion.
- Collaborating with key account executive to get the full knowledge required for the client requirements.
- Directing & motivating teams of junior designers to help them use their talents effectively & manage them to deliver work on time with the quality required & within the budget.
- Leading the brainstorming creative sessions to generate ideas.
- Revising content before sending to client.
- Creating 3D/2D models & approve it by the direct manager.
- Creating all architectural design services from design to implementation.
- Interface with client, other engineering specialties (structure, MEP, interior…etc.), agencies & specialty consultants.
- Monitoring & advising the selection of appropriate materials process for the projects.
Job Requirements
Job requirements:
- B.Sc. degree faculty of Architecture Engineering.
- +10 years of experience in architecture (public building preferred).
- Proficiency in Revit, Auto cad & 3D-Max.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office.
- Experience & vision how to build a better team structure internally.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Strong leadership & managing a team skill is a must.
