To join our development team with the following responsibilities:
- Maintains and grows relationships with existing customers, while achieving an assigned sales and profit growth goal.
- Identify and develop sales opportunities both within and outside our existing client base.
- Manage client relationship to take overall ownership and accountability for the delivery of our services to the client in order to potential company’s profit.
- Responsible to retain existing business, while pursuing profitable growth opportunities in assigned customer accounts.
- Responsible for providing sales quotations, commercial proposal, sustaining and renewing client contracts, as well as systematically pursuing customer opportunities.
- Interact and align effectively with the marketing department to maximize company’s sales and build a good rapport with the decision makers.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records and information of client contacts, prospecting details, proposals status, forecasting revenue, and sales funnel history in conjunction with company CRM software.
- Identify client needs and requirements in order to develop a clear and effective customer focused commercial proposal.
- Negotiate pricing and modify proposal according to client requirements.
- Present quotations to clients and manage them through the approval process.
- Prepare all necessary contract documentation and accurately complete the sales hand-off package.
- Tracking proposals, estimates and quotes till the payment collection.
- Ensure that solutions are delivered within the timeline agreed with the client and to a standard that provides customer satisfaction.
- Grow and maintain existing customer and partner relationships through proactive periodically visits.
- Develop and maintain exceptional consultative relationships with existing customers.
Job objective: Maximize company’s sales and build a good rapport with the decision makers.
Job Requirements
We need an energetic one!! With following requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or related fields.
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Digital Sales background knowledge and experience are preferred: Digital Marketing, E-Commerce services.
- Previous knowledge of Affiliate Marketing is preferred.
- Experience in marketing agencies before is a must.
- Excellent command of English Language.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point.
- Proven ability to handle stressful situations, multiple tasks, and deadline pressures
- Thrive in a dynamic and high performing environment.
