Job Description

The candidate will run the daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices.

Recruitment:

  • Staff recruitment requested by managerial team.
  • Job descriptions and job offers for new hires

Personnel:

  • Administration of employees contracts  
  • Frequently HR reporting incl.  Employee’s yearly evaluation on basis of management audits.
  • Maintaining database for employees.
  • Maintaining daily attendance system for employees.
  • Prepare monthly salary sheet and calculate the salary deductions or overtime as per the attendance device records.
  • Calculate the income tax and Social Insurance payment for the employees on monthly basis.
  • Register the employees in the medical Insurance.
  • Administration of insurance company tasks.
  • Administration of allowance (Car, phone, etc.).
  • Prepare forms 1,2 & 6 and manage all activities related to the social insurance office and labor office 
  • Administration of employees’ transportation Provide transportation for the daily activities and overtime.
  • Prepare monthly report with all the transportation fee

Job Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree of law/business administration/Commerce or any relevant field.
  • Postgraduate studies or International Certificate in HRM or HRD is highly preferred.

Experience:

  • 5 to 7 years of experience in a similar field.
  • Solid experience in Payroll Management is highly recommended.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
  • Knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Languages

  • English: Excellent command of (Speaking, reading and writing)
