Job Description
• Carefully study the project documents (specifications - quantification - contract - drawings -
timetable).
• Prepare Shop drawings and as-built drawings, and ensure documentation and records are
reviewed and approved by the consultant.
• Preparation of MEP Coordination drawings.
• Providing builders work opening for electrical services.
Job Requirements
• 4+ years of experience in shop drawing and quantity surveying for electrical Systems in MEP
Projects.
• Experience with Contracting companies is a must.
• Computer Skills - Proficient in the current release of AutoCAD, Word, and Microsoft
Excel.
• Blue Prints – Able to read and understand construction drawings.
• Drawing Standards – Thorough understanding and efficiency with company drawing standards.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD is a must.
• Should have hands-on experience in REVIT.
• Ability to work well with others under deadline situations.
• Very detail-oriented, self-motivated, enthusiastic, and flexible
