Job Description
- Training new staff members on company policies and procedures as needed.
- Providing regular feedback to each member of the sales team regarding their performance.
- Coaching team members on effective sales techniques and methods for increasing revenue.
- Developing strategies to improve sales performance through ongoing training and development.
- Providing feedback to management regarding potential hires to ensure they are a good fit with the company culture and mission.
- Meeting with clients to identify their needs and recommend products or services that meet those needs.
- Coordinating with marketing teams to promote new products or services to existing clients.
- Setting goals and objectives for each team member and providing regular feedback to help them improve performance.
- Ensuring that team members have the tools they need to succeed, including computers, software, vehicles, cell phones, etc.
- Monitor team performance against KPIs and objectives, providing feedback and coaching to ensure continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with team members to discuss progress, identify development needs, and set goals.
- Proactively seek out new sales opportunities through networking and market research.
- Prepare accurate and detailed reports on sales activity, pipeline, and forecast.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to ensure the team is selling the most current and relevant products and services.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or a related field.
- Proven track record of achieving quotas and goals.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems.
- 4+ years proven sales experience Working knowledge of CRM software, Software Industry.
- Experience developing and leading a high-performing sales team.
