Responsibilities:

1. Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, assessing vital signs, and performing diagnostic tests.
2. Monitor and record patient progress, maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records.
3. Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
4. Educate patients and their families on health conditions, medications, and self-care techniques.
5. Assist in the development and implementation of nursing policies and procedures.
6. Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards.
7. Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities.
