- Translating client requirements into highly specified project briefs.
- Working closely with colleagues, developers, testers and a variety of end users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction.
- Overseeing implementation of a new system including data migration.
- Understanding software development life-cycle.
Job Requirements
- 5+ Years’ experience
- Maintaining and upgrading existing systems as required
- Collect the user requirement and deliver them to the developer team leader
- Designing new computer systems and frameworks
- Troubleshooting technical issues
- Risk mitigation planning
- Collaborating with Business Analysts, Project Leads and IT team to resolve issues and ensuring solutions are viable and consistent
- Creating system guidelines and manuals for the organization
- Running training sessions and workshops on system processes
- Conducting regular reviews of systems and generating reports on efficiencies and improvement areas
- Receive the finished modules from the developer team leader "Release management.
- business quality testing "QA".
- Good knowledge of Devops.
