Key Responsibilities:
Client Consultation:
- Provide personalized tour recommendations based on client preferences, interests, and budget.
- Answer client inquiries and address concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage bookings and reservations for tours, accommodations, and transportation.
Tour Planning:
- Develop itineraries for various types of tours, including cultural, historical, adventure, and culinary tours.
- Research and select suitable attractions, activities, and accommodations.
- Coordinate with local suppliers and vendors to arrange transportation, meals, and entrance fees.
Customer Service:
- Build strong relationships with clients and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
- Gather feedback from clients to improve tour offerings and services.
Supplier Management:
- Negotiate rates and contracts with suppliers, including hotels, transportation companies, and activity providers.
- Maintain positive relationships with suppliers and ensure timely payments.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for travel and tourism
- Knowledge of English culture and history
- Experience in the tourism industry (preferred)
