Job Description

Position Overview:

ECC Group is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to expand our market presence and drive strategic growth. This role involves leading sales efforts, forming corporate partnerships, and managing long-term contracts. The ideal candidate is skilled in market research, sales, and marketing, with a passion for forging new opportunities and building relationships.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute business plans to meet sales and revenue targets.
  • Market Research: Analyze industry trends, customer needs, and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
  • Corporate Partnerships: Build relationships with C-level executives, negotiate corporate training contracts, and foster long-term collaborations.
  • Sales & Marketing: Lead sales initiatives, close deals, and collaborate with the marketing team on impactful campaigns.
  • Upselling & Retention: Identify opportunities to expand services within existing corporate accounts.
  • Team Leadership: Guide and mentor the business development team to achieve individual and collective goals.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze sales metrics, providing actionable insights to improve results.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Experience:
  • Minimum 5 years in business development, with proven expertise in sales, marketing, and corporate contracts.
  • Prior experience in the education or training sector is a plus.
  • Skills:
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office, and market analysis tools.
