Job Description


We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead our HR operations in Egypt. You’ll work closely with all departments to align HR strategies with business goals, ensure legal compliance, and manage outsourced projects. You’ll also be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, performance management, and fostering a positive work culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR strategies to meet business goals.
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
Manage outsourced projects for various clients and industries.
Collaborate with internal teams and the global Centre of Excellence.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, health & safety regulations, and company policies.
Lead performance management, training, and development initiatives.
Promote a positive, quality-focused work environment.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA or HR certification preferred).
6-8 years of HR experience, with 3+ years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor laws and HR practices.
Experience in managing outsourced projects is a plus.
Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office.
