Job Description
Sales Supervisor will be responsible for managing organizational sales by developing business plans, appointing distributors, meeting planned goals.
- Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls.
- Meeting planned sales goals.
- Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
- Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
- Training, overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
- Coordinating with marketing
- Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling and product knowledge education.
- Promoting the organization and products.
- Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
- Achieve his assigned sales target
- Maintain and strengthen links with Authorized Agents and major wholesalers and other key customers.
- Advise upon customer’s inventories, ensuring no out of stocks and no returns.
- Analyze and build the business of each account.
- Spend time with Authorized Agents own Sales force in the field providing support and motivation.
- Report on competitor activities.
- Optimize Sales and develop the business
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree
